Past ventures

We began our family adventure in the UK with Kevin working in the consultancy, design and construction industry and Linsey in the field of healthcare. However, these professions initiated an adventure which meant that we have travelled and lived on four different continents. It has also involved our family expanding with the addition of three beautiful children and an awesome daughter-in-law and helped us all amass a wealth of insights and experience.

During our travels, we have interacted with many quality people, experienced some amazing miracles, and we (Kevin & Linsey) have morphed through several career roles.

With our friends, we have been impacted by many cultures that have influenced and enriched our lives and connected with various types of organisation & communities.

Some of these organizations and communities that we have directly worked for are listed below.

Beginning a Journey

I have heard it said that a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, but I think a journey starts as a possibility of an idea.  The idea germinates and is impacted by everyday life, reading, personal hopes, dissatisfaction and a yearning for something different.   Once a person becomes saturated by these musings they then act as fertiliser nourishing the idea of possibilities. This leads to what initially seem stupid or fanciful ideas forming which in turn energises a person to think beyond their local limitations. When the environment is favourable, or the appropriate amount of heat and pressure is formed, the idea bursts forth into practical reality, and the first physical steps of a journey begin. KPOTTER
